Ayse Sinirlioglu, the Turkish Ambassador in Bucharest, declared today while in Cluj Napoca that Turkish company Enka, currently working on Autostrada Transilvania in a joint venture with American company Bechtel, has done a quality job in the project.
“I came to Cluj on the motorway, and even tough only 42 km are complete, these are top notch quality works”, saud the Turkish Ambassador, who met today with Cluj Napoca mayor Sorin Apostu.
The ambassador was accompanied by a delegation of the Turkish Business Association in Romania on a three-day visit in several cities in our country.
Her Excellency Ayºe Sinirlioglu talked about the significant investments made by Turkish companies in the country, especially in Mures county, and emphasized Enka’s contribution to Autostrada Transilvania, praising it as a very reliable company.
The Turkish ambassador in Bucharest suggested a joining between the city of Cluj Napoca and a Turkish city, and even between a Cluj and a Turkish university.
Clujul has a highly qualified workforce, which may be an advantage in attracting Turkish investments, noted mayor Sorin Apostu after his discussion with the ambassador.
