Our company promotes a policy, which maximizes the local input of administrative workforce, purchases and subcontractors. We are an international team, which will hire, train and use Romanian workforce, learning also from them - in a wide range of positions from management to supervisors, equipment operators and qualified workers. We will ask for the Romanian subcontractors and suppliers' interest and we will provide them our support in order to understand and meet the project requirements so that they can provide high quality services in compliance with the established terms and budget.
